Zen Shiatsu
A relaxing, restorative treatment which is beneficial to health. Sessions take place at floor level on a futon with the client wearing light, loose clothing.
In each session the shiatsu practitioner may use the following 3 techniques:
- relaxed perpendicular pressure to key points and areas in the body.
- gentle stretching of the limbs to stimulate the energy pathways (meridians).
- mobilisation of joints.
